We'll keep this short and human — this is a tool built by volunteers, for volunteers. There's no fine print to worry about, just a few ground rules to keep things running smoothly.
Who this is for
This site is just for parking team volunteers serving at the Albany Regional Convention. If you've been invited or approved by a parking overseer, welcome! If you're not sure whether you should have access, just reach out to your overseer.
Your account
Please keep your login credentials to yourself and make sure the information on your profile is accurate. If something changes — like your phone number or congregation — update it in your account so we can reach you.
Scheduling
Creating a profile doesn't automatically put you on the schedule — overseers handle assignments. Once you're scheduled, please do your best to honor those commitments. If something comes up and you can't make a shift, just let your overseer know as soon as possible so they can make other arrangements.
Messages from us
If you signed up with a phone number or email, you may hear from us about your schedule or account. SMS messages are sent through Twilio — standard carrier rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.
Just be good
We trust everyone here has good intentions — this is a team of friends serving together. Just use the site for what it's meant for, don't poke around in areas you haven't been given access to, and don't share other volunteers' personal information outside the team.
A note on affiliation
This site was built and is operated independently by parking team volunteers. It is not sponsored, created, or controlled by Jehovah's Witnesses or www.JW.org, legally known as the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania.

If anything here changes, we'll update the date above. If you have any questions or want to have your account removed, just get in touch with your parking overseer. Thanks for everything you do — it's genuinely appreciated.
